Henry is the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Asset Living out of the Atlanta office. In this role, Henry supports the Divisional President and leads a team of Vice Presidents, and Regional Vice Presidents responsible for the day-to-day operations of their communities in multiple South Eastern States. His team is responsible for the overall performance of brand-new developments, value-add acquisitions, and stabilized properties while maintaining client relations and assisting with New Business. The team in Henry’s office is responsible for over 50,000 of Asset Living’s nearly 500,000 units.

Henry joined Asset Living in Q4 of 2023 with over 20 years of real-estate management experience in multifamily, Built-to-Rent and commercial ventures. Before joining Asset Living he was the Managing Director of BTR for a large national management company and ran a portfolio of over 25,000 units(140 plus properties) in over 12 states. Henry is passionate about the individual development of his teams and emphasizes personal and professional growth while highlighting the importance of company culture and integrity with both team members and clients alike.

Born in Havana Cuba, Henry migrated to the United States as a child and grew up in Texas, but has lived in Florida and now Georgia for over 20 years. He earned a double Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on International Marketing and Accounting from Colorado Tech University. He and his wife, Ozlem, enjoy traveling with their two boys, Jonathan and Nicolas and they currently reside in Atlanta, GA where they are passionate supporters of Autism Speaks, United Way, and The Atlanta Community Food Bank among other charities.
