Brad Williamson is a Managing Director for Berkadia in Miami, Florida, where he provides complex capital solutions for a variety of asset classes. He has over 20 years of experience working with institutional and private investors and an in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate fundamentals. He has successfully underwritten, structured, and closed over $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions consisting of both debt and equity throughout his career.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Brad served as Director of Acquisitions at Tate Capital, a private real estate investment firm that invests in distressed and opportunistic real estate ventures throughout the United States. Brad started his career as a real estate valuation analyst, and later as Associate Director, for GE Capital Real Estate, where he structured, underwrote, and closed over $750 million of commercial real estate debt throughout the United States.
