Considered a thought leader, leading from the front in the industry’s disruption, most recently related to technology’s impact on real estate; including a keen focus on data to manage, for predictive analytics, and automation/AI/cognitive for smart data, buildings, cities.

Human experience is the new differentiator, wherein environments (wherever work is done) must be functional, collaborative, inspiring, promoting community and enhancing company culture and brand.

My brand of leadership has successfully sought to influence engagement, commitment and learning in a diverse and inclusive environment.
