Errol Blumer is currently Managing Director on the Florida Equity, Debt and Structured Finance team with Cushman and Wakefield.

With almost 15 years of experience, Mr. Blumer has been involved in the transaction of more than 22,000 units and over $4 billion of existing and ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial assets – including $3.5 billion in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily and commercial properties, almost $500 million in the sourcing of joint-venture equity and debt, and more than $375 million in land for development. Mr. Blumer’s experience is highly focused on Tier One and Tier Two markets within the southeast United States including South Florida, Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, Georgia, Nashville and the Carolinas.
