Megan Murphy leads marketing and leasing for Vulcan Real Estate’s multifamily residential portfolio. She specializes in identifying key markets, developing residential product, and leading the marketing and leasing through stabilization. She has over 20 years of experience in residential and lifestyle marketing and has led the marketing, planning, and leasing of more than 4,200 residential units in downtown Seattle and Bellevue.

Prior to joining Vulcan Real Estate in 2005, Megan was the Marketing Director for Harbor Properties.
