Mr. Browning is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Trio Properties LLC where he is responsible for corporate management, strategic planning, and client relationships. Additionally, he provides investment guidance, development expertise, and capital planning for Trio and its partners.

Mr. Browning has successfully participated in the acquisition, development, construction, and repositioning of over 2 Billion in real estate assets, focusing in the multifamily space.

Mr. Browning is also Co-Founder and Managing Member at Oceanport Realty Capital LLC, a multifamily focused CRE investment firm.

Mr. Browning is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA), in MA, CT and RI.
