Jerremy Spillman is the SVP of the West Coast for Parity, an HVAC Optimization as a Service company focused on multifamily residential buildings and hotels. He leads Parity’s expansion into the Western region of North America. He has over a decade of experience in real estate, energy efficiency, and building technology. Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Sales at JLL Technologies. Before his time at JLL Technologies, he co-founded Hank, a cloud-based HVAC software platform that was acquired by JLL in 2021. Jerremy previously held leadership positions at FreeWire Technologies and Direct Technology.
