Tim Cantwell is the Founder and CEO of Tailorbird, a property intelligence platform used across more than 250,000 units and trusted by leading institutional multifamily, affordable, and military housing groups like Cortland, Avalon Bay, Berkshire, April Housing and Balfour Beatty. Prior to founding Tailorbird, Tim served as CFO of GE Ventures, where he led investment and incubation strategy for new technology-driven businesses. He began his career as a licensed general contractor before joining GE as an engineer and later transitioning into Commercial Real Estate and global finance leadership roles. Tim holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Executive MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
