Gevorg Shahbazyan is a visionary real estate developer and entrepreneur with a decade of experience shaping Miami’s dynamic real estate market. As the Founder and CEO of Starlife Group and Companies, he has led the firm’s expansion into multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments, both in South Florida and internationally.

Under his leadership, Starlife Group has grown to include Starlife Builders, Starlife Capital Ventures, and Starlife International Realty, with a diverse portfolio that spans luxury residential rental buildings, hotels, and over 75 townhomes. With a team boasting more than 55 years of combined experience, the firm is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and forward-thinking real estate solutions.

Gevorg holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Florida International University and was recently accepted into the prestigious Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) at Harvard Graduate School of Design, Class 26—an exclusive executive program designed for global leaders in real estate and the built environment.

He is also the author of Inside the Mind of a Real Estate Developer, offering valuable insights into the industry. His hands-on approach to development, from concept to completion, has been instrumental in delivering high-caliber projects that enhance communities and set new industry standards.

In recognition of his contributions to real estate, Gevorg was named Young Developer of the Year (2025) by the Red Awards, a prestigious organization renowned for hosting high-profile real estate award ceremonies in New York and Miami.
