Andy Montelli began his career in real estate development with the Trammell Crow Company in 1986, after graduating from MIT with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. At Crow, Andy developed apartment and condominium projects in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Four years at Crow, followed by four years at a real estate investment firm in New York City, led him to Fairfield Residential. At Fairfield, Andy spent 16 years developing over 25 projects in markets such as greater Chicago; Columbus, Ohio; the Greater Washington DC market, and in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He began Post Road Residential in 2011 with a goal of building the finest communities in each market.
