Mr. Fluke oversees the firm’s investment activity nationwide. He has been responsible for the underwriting, due diligence, and purchase of over $4.0 billion in multifamily transactions totaling 12,000 units across 62 transactions for the firm. After starting his career within the wealth management division of Morgan Stanley, Mr. Fluke joined Pacific as an Investments Analyst in Seattle, moving to direct sourcing responsibilities in Seattle, Portland, and Northern California, and now manages the investment group nationally. Mr. Fluke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University where he majored in Finance and completed the Integrated Real Estate at Lehigh (iRe@l) program.
