Jeff has been with Woodmont since 1994 and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Woodmont’s multifamily operational policies and procedures. He also spearheads the on-site transition process associated with new account acquisitions. Jeff has a proven track record directly managing a wide array of property sizes and types in various competitive markets and has participated in the successful lease-up of both new construction projects as well as renovation projects. He effectively interfaces with private and institutional investors.
Jeff is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). He has served on the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Division of CAA where he has held past offices of Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and President. Jeff is also a former board member of the National Multifamily Housing Council. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and MBA from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.
