Kamil Salame is an accomplished real estate developer with over 13 years of experience handling the acquisition and development of multifamily and mixed-use projects, totaling over 4,000 units. As the head of the multifamily division at Royal Palm Companies (RPC), he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s multifamily projects and has been the catalyst in the division’s recent growth. Prior to joining RPC, Mr. Salame oversaw Central Florida multifamily development for The Morgan Group where he was instrumental in the development of suburban, mid-, and high-rise mixed-use multifamily projects. Kamil formally began his real estate career at The Kislak Organization, a Miami based real estate investment firm, where he focused on the sourcing, acquisition, and disposition of opportunistic, value-add and development multifamily investments across the U.S. Mr. Salame graduated from Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance.
