Stephanie McCusker

Stephanie joined Haven in 2023 with more than 18 years of experience in property management and leasing. As Director of Property Management, she oversees the property management efforts across the portfolio of build-to-rent and single-family rental communities.

Prior to joining Haven, Stephanie was most recently a Regional Vice President with RPM Living, where she managed five Regional Managers and oversaw the property management of a portfolio of roughly 5,000 units consisting of value-add, class A lease-up, high-rise, condo conversion, and single-family developments in the Atlanta, Macon, and Chattanooga areas.

An Atlanta native, Stephanie began her career in real estate management as a Leasing Consultant in 1994. She has a detail oriented, teaching driven and execution-focused approach to property management with proven results. She has logged success in both operations and asset management with several asset classes in the Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky markets.

Stephanie is a 2023 CPM Candidate and attended Kennesaw State University to study Accounting.
