Rob Willis is the Head of Construction at MAG Partners, overseeing the building of the company’s mixed-use portfolio.

Previously, Rob was the SVP of Construction at Veris Residential, formerly Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, where he established and oversaw the construction department, and was responsible for the $100M repositioning of Harborside 1 in Jersey City, N.J. Prior to Veris, Rob oversaw the design and construction team at HEI Hotels and Resorts, was the managing director of the New York City office of The John Hardy Group, and served as a Vice President of Design and Construction at Starwood Hotels and Resorts where he oversaw the pre-construction phase of the mixed-use St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, and managed the design process for the creation of two new hotel brands. Rob also served as Vice President of Construction at Forest City Ratner Companies where he was the day-to-day project manager on the 42nd Street Retail-Entertainment Complex and the New York Times Building projects.

In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington & Lee University, Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Arizona State University and a Masters in Real Estate from New York University.
