Robb Bollhoffer

Robert Bollhoffer is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at 29th Street. He oversees all members of the Acquisition team, as well as the Development, Proptech Ventures, Investor Relations, and Preferred Equity teams.

Prior to this position at 29th Street Capital, Robb spent eight years as a Managing Director at Strategic Capital Partners (SCP), a privately held real estate investment management company with assets of over $1 billion. At SCP, his focus was multifamily, student, and senior housing properties. Prior to joining SCP, Robb was a former Acquisition Manager at Trizec Properties Office Trust, one of the nation’s largest public office REITs, before being acquired by Blackstone for $10B.

Robb graduated with honors from DePaul (Kellstadt) University with a master’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in real estate. He also obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin—Madison, where he was a member of the Rowing Team. He is a board member of the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
