Erik Rose provides oversight for Tishman Speyer’s Residential Development in the United States. He has held leadership roles in the firm’s Development, Asset Management and Acquisitions groups, where he specialized in the residential, retail and hospitality sectors in New York. Previously he was responsible for residential development in New York which included 11 Hoyt in Brooklyn and Jackson Park in Long Island City. Prior to Tishman Speyer, Erik worked for Silverstein Properties, as a development manager focused on large-scale residential mixed-use projects in New York and abroad, including the development of a 1.7 million square foot mixed-use project on the far West Side of Manhattan. He has also worked for Edison Properties and The Clarett Group, where he managed and oversaw the development of residential rental and condominium projects. Erik earned a BS in architecture from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
