Drew serves as the Director of Development managing Stellar Development Company’s development activities across a broad spectrum of product such as market rate, senior housing, workforce housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development.

Drew and his team focus on site selection, due diligence, entitlements, underwriting and project management to insure each project is built to Stellar’s quality standards and is delivered on-time and in-budget.

When he’s not fielding questions about ROI, you’ll find Drew serving our community on numerous boards and volunteering positions such as, Vice President of Lubbock Apartment Association, Lubbock Christian University and Guadalupe Parkway Neighborhood Association. As a graduate of Lubbock Christian University, he serves as a guest lecturer to many local educational organizations. Drew is also a recipient of the prestigious “20 under 40” award for young professionals in Lubbock.

When Drew is not at work he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Jessica, who is also his college sweetheart and their extended family.
