David Lindley serves as Senior Vice President at FSI Construction, a Houston-based general contractor specializing in rehab, renovation, and capital improvement services for the multifamily housing industry with a project portfolio spanning from coast-to-coast across 20 states and 36+ major markets.

David is also very active in leadership roles at several rental housing advocacy groups and apartment associations – serving on the Board of Directors at the state level (Texas-TAA) and local level (Houston-HAA) in addition to being a member of the Emerging Leaders Program at the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). He is also past President of the Houston Apartment Association’s Product Service Council and for 2025 will be serving as Vice Chair of the TAA Texas Suppliers Council.

With his spare time, David is an avid golfer and dedicates much of his time to charity organizations and coaching his son’s little league teams.
