David Eichler

Mr. Eichler joined Legacy Partners in January of 2015 with more than 30 years in the multifamily arena, including public/private partnerships, redevelopment opportunities, senior housing, and ground-up development. He brings a keen awareness of potential opportunities for acquisition, redevelopment and development.

Mr. Eichler’s previous experience encompasses Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, the Washington, D.C. region and the New York Tri-State area. Prior to joining Legacy Partners, he served as president of LCOR Ventures LLC and previously was Senior Vice President of West Coast operations for LCOR Inc., a fully-integrated real estate company specializing in property development, investment and management.

Mr. Eichler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
