Has spent the last 7 years as the right hand of Bobby Castro, President and Founder of Bankers Healthcare Group and Ortsac Capital Group on everything related to Multi-Family Real Estate Investing and Business Related. Together with our team, we have accomplished over $500M+ in new acquisitions and over $10M+ in improvements to our assets since Eddie’s arrival. Eddie has tirelessly underwritten countless deals in the search of the best value add opportunities for his organization. Eddie and Ortsac have now pivoted and begun their journey into the Multi-Family development space and have multiple projects within different stages of development.

Eddie’s experience has been one not from earning a degree at a college/university, but physically “being in the mud” and earning my stripes by taking a hands on approach overseeing projects with contractors, engineers/architects, city/county officials, investment funds, etc .Eddie started off in the beginning learning as much as possible on A-Z when it comes down to managing the groups assets. Eddie served as an assistant property manager and slowly worked his way up the ranks to now solely focusing on acquiring and re-positioning assets. As a group we are actively seeking opportunities all over South Florida and other major markets.
