Andrew is responsible for multifamily asset management which includes portfolio strategy, property operations, marketing, and leasing. Andrew leads and directs the on-site property management team for a portfolio of 1,800+ residential units and oversees all annual business plans, operating budgets and capital projects. During his tenure at Taconic, Andrew has been charged with developing or repositioning more than 1.5 million square feet of residential space.

Before joining Taconic in 2013, Andrew was a Senior Financial Analyst at Rose Associates, Inc. where he was responsible for capital budgeting and asset management functions. He has also held positions in residential development and property management at Rockrose Development Corp. and Milstein Properties. Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and art history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he also earned a master’s degree in business administration in real estate and urban land economics.
