Mike Roumbanis is the Chief Financial Officer at Fifth Space and is responsible for managing the firm’s balance sheet, capital raising initiatives, financial reporting, and developing and implementing strategies to support both growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Prior to joining Fifth Space, Mike spent 24 years with Lendlease with executive and financial leadership roles in development, construction, and investment, where he was responsible for raising capital, negotiating complex transactions, mentoring teams, and driving business growth. Mike has an MBA from the London Business School and an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. He lives in the East Bay and enjoys spending his time outdoors or traveling with his family.
