Brooks joins 29th Street as our Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and is responsible for managing Investor relationships and providing Debt/Equity solutions for our projects across the country.

Prior to joining 29th Street Capital, Brooks was Senior Managing Director at Roers Companies, where he managed the firm’s investment partners for their multifamily development projects across the country. Previously, Brooks spent over 20 years advising high-net-worth Investors at CBRE, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and CrowdStreet on real estate, private equity, and alternative investments.
