Orin Wilf
Principal
Skyline Developers
For nearly three decades, Orin Wilf has served as President of Skyline Developers and Principal of Garden Homes Development, which was established in New Jersey in 1954 by his grandfather, Harry Wilf, and great-uncle, Joe Wilf. As one of the country’s largest private builders of residential and commercial real estate today, Garden Homes owns and manages more than 150,000 apartment residences and maintains a diverse commercial portfolio of more than 25 million square feet across 40 states. Led by Orin, Skyline Developers introduced the family’s decades-long expertise into the world’s largest real estate market in 1999 as the New York City affiliate of Garden Homes. Under Orin’s leadership, the company was among the first developers to bring luxury living to the Financial District, and today, Skyline Developers’ portfolio includes acclaimed condominium projects, an impressive roster of residential rental towers, and premier office buildings and retail locations throughout Manhattan. Skyline’s latest development is 18 West 55th Street, a 97-apartment boutique luxury rental building that recently topped out construction in Midtown, just steps from Fifth Avenue, and the firm is currently in the design stage for a new Upper East Side condominium project at East 80th Street and Third Avenue. Beyond Skyline and Garden Homes, Orin is a Treasurer of the Wilf Family Foundations, serves on the Board of Overseers for Roger and Williams University, his alma mater, and is a former member of The Hun School of Princeton’s Board of Trustees. He is also a minority partner of the New York Yankees.
