Paul Stell is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Office of The Stellar Family of Companies. In his capacity Paul focuses on the company’s strategic direction and the development of and service to its executive team. Additionally, Paul interfaces with the firm’s capital relationships and seeks to push company cultural and values based initiatives.

For 35 years, Paul has been committed to creating a fully integrated private equity real estate firm which consistently achieves “stellar results” through specializing in the investment, development, construction and management of multifamily assets.

A frequent industry speaker, Mr. Stell has been a member of numerous industry and civic organizations and involved in many charitable initiatives. He has also served on several boards such as PlainsCapital Bank, the Covenant Foundation, the Lubbock Children’s Home, the Trinity Christian School Board and his Church. Faith and family mean everything to Paul. Married to Susie and blessed with three children, if he isn’t focused on his favorite hobby (all things multifamily) he is hard at play with the kids.
