Keith Walker is a real estate executive with over 30 years’ experience, specializing in asset and portfolio management. Mr. Walker is currently a Principal and Head of Asset Management Services for West End Real Estate Partners. The company owns and operates multi-family across the country. Mr. Walker specializes in a hands-on approach to create value on a daily basis for both under-performing and performing assets, as well developing extensive work out and redevelopment strategies.

Mr. Walker’s previous positions included: Owner of Walker Asset Management Advisory Services, Brixmor Property Group -Vice President, Head of Asset Management; The Witkoff Group-Vice President Head of Asset Management; DTZ Rockwood- Senior Vice President; and Newmark & Company-Asset Manager. He has worked in 38 states across the country with various asset types including Industrial, Retail, Multi-Family, Office, Hotel, Student Housing and Development.

Mr. Walker was a political science major and graduated from Emory University in 1988 and received his Masters in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University in 1992.
