Darren Carrington joined Trinity Properties in 2022 and serves as Managing Director responsible for overseeing company investment strategy, performance, and operations. Trinity is a privately held owner and operator of premier multifamily and commercial real estate in many of San Francisco’s most prestigious locations.

Darren brings over 30 years of real estate investment experience across 26 U.S. markets. Most recently, he was with Bell Partners, Inc. and served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, where he oversaw the national platform including investor relations for separate accounts. Previously, Darren was Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management for Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc., responsible for the Operations, Renovations, and Marketing teams. Darren also served as Vice President, Investments for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. and as Vice President of Acquisitions & Portfolio Management at Camden Property Trust.

Darren holds a Master of Business Administration from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Chico. He also holds the designations of Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member.
