As Senior Vice President, Asset Management, Eva is responsible for Gotham Organization’s portfolio-level strategic planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and staffing. She leads the creation and implementation of asset-level business and overall market strategies. Eva brings well-honed expertise to portfolio and asset management, investor reporting, budget forecasting, underwriting, DCF analysis, leasing, project management, and building operations.
Prior to joining Gotham, Eva served as Vice President of Residential Asset Management for Taconic Investment Partners, where she oversaw a portfolio of over 2,000 rent-stabilized, affordable, and market-rate units in the Bronx and Manhattan. At Taconic, she also oversaw value-add capital improvement and renovation projects, successfully executing an $11M+ repositioning program across 500+ rent-stabilized units. In Eva’s 15+ years of industry experience, she has also held positions with WinnCompanies, Related Companies, Colonnade Management and BLDG Management, among others.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Municipal Art Society of New York and is fluent in Hungarian and Romanian.
