As Senior Vice President of Development for RISE: A Real Estate Company, Matt’s had a 27-year career in multifamily development; encompassing market rate, build for rent, condominiums, student housing and active adult development throughout the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic with a focus on Florida. Developing 52 communities with various financing models and ownership structures serving both investors and a diverse resident base has provided a broad and well-rounded foundation for analyzing opportunities. Matt shares his love of travel and music with his wife and three children.
