Caleb Keenan

Caleb Keenan is the chief operating officer at LeCesse Development. He has been part of the team since 2014, working as director of finance, and was promoted to COO in 2020. He has been involved with the development, financing, and disposition of in excess of $1.6B in transaction value across thirty assets in his career. Caleb leads day-to-day operations, and under his leadership, the company has seen outstanding revenue growth and the completion of numerous projects. He brings deep experience to the position, having previously led the acquisition, turnaround, and sale of a Boston-based specialty manufacturing business. He also has experience in investment banking and private equity. Caleb is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in finance and business economics. He currently serves as President of the Notre Dame Club of Greater Orlando in his free time enjoys spending time with family, travel, sports, and cooking on the Big Green Egg.
