Daniel Price is a Senior Vice President and is a member of the Investment and Operating Committees at MLG. He focuses the majority of his time on sourcing new acquisition opportunities across the Midwest for MLG’s closed end and Legacy funds. Daniel has significant experience across the lifecycle of an asset including: sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, financing, closing, asset management, and dispositions.

Prior to joining MLG, Daniel spent over ten years in Chicago with two real estate investment firms, Waterton and Waypoint. At both companies, he focused on the rental housing sectors while being involved in the acquisition of over $3 billion of multifamily assets across the United States.

Daniel graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with degrees in both Real Estate and Finance. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).
