Carlo Zarro is a Senior Financial Analyst for Knickerbocker Asset Management where he is directly responsible for assisting in all aspects of analysis and financial modeling relating to the acquisition, capital markets, and asset management functions of the company.

Prior to joining Knickerbocker Asset Management, Mr. Zarro was a commercial appraiser, where he gained experience in the valuation of all types of commercial real estate, including but not limited to multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and development sites. During his time as an appraiser, he focused primarily on multifamily properties and development sites in the New York City Metropolitan Area and has successfully completed all the NJ required appraisal courses.

Mr. Zarro graduated from the Pennsylvania State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Risk Management with a focus in Finance from the Smeal College of Business.
