As Vice President, Sr. Legal Counsel, at Realty Income Corporation, Yaara Siler leads the Portfolio Transactions team to provide legal support for all domestic leasing transactions. She works alongside internal business partners to optimally structure leases and redevelopment transactions, negotiate deal terms, and identify creative solutions to mitigate risk and resolve issues.

Prior to joining Realty Income, Ms. Siler was in private practice as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of a national law firm. She holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
