With a passion for elevating the standards of property management and a career spanning over two decades, Phaedra is a results-driven Regional Director in the multifamily industry.

As a Regional Director for Trinity Property Consultants, Phaedra currently oversees a portfolio of 17 properties in West Texas, comprising 2,738 units. In this role, she has demonstrated a keen ability to reposition value-add communities by optimizing operations, retain top talent through thoughtful training & development, and drive substantial revenue growth.

Phaedra’s dedication to excellence has resulted in a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets. Under her leadership, the region has seen an impressive 20% increase in total operating receipts and a 29% increase in NOI over last year.

During her 20-year career, Phaedra has worn many hats and is well-versed in all facets of apartment management, from leasing and marketing to staff development and financial analysis. She is also a proud member of the National Apartment Association (NAA), Texas Apartment Association (TAA), and the Permian Basin Apartment Association (PBAA), staying current with industry best practices and emerging trends. She currently serves on the PBAA NextGen Committee, was recently elected to the 2024 PBAA Board of Directors and has joined the 2024 Mentorship Program with Trinity Property Consultants to aide mentees in their professional development.

Outside of her professional commitments, Phaedra enjoys event planning, fundraising, cooking, travel, and spending time with her partner Ben, their dog Tallulah, and her cats Felix and Travis.
