Kevin Weidman
Director – Acquisitions

As a Director on the Acquisitions team, Kevin works on the sourcing and underwriting of new acquisitions, which includes deal identification and underwriting, market and comparative property due diligence, and financial modeling.

Kevin was with LEM from 2017 to 2020 before relocating to South Florida to take a role as Vice President with Duncan Hillsley Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm. During his prior tenure at LEM, Kevin was a Senior Associate, and previously worked as an Analyst with Radnor Property Group and CBRE.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
