Michael Givner

Mr. Givner is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the New York office, where he leads acquisitions across the eastern U.S. for PIMCO’s commercial real estate team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2022, he was with Morgan Stanley’s real estate investing group for 12 years, most recently as an executive director responsible for the northeast U.S. Previously, he worked as an acquisitions analyst at Credit Suisse DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners. He has 15 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He received undergraduate degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
