Ana oversees the firm’s numerous banking and investor relationships. Ms. Rodriguez’s 20 years of experience began working with the family business followed by tenures with Nomura Securities and, subsequently, J.P. Morgan Investment Management (JPMIM), both located in New York. At Nomura, Ms. Rodriguez was part of the commercial real estate banking team, supporting the entire underwriting and financing processes. While at JPMIM, she served as an integral part of their in-house valuation group, overseeing a portfolio with over $5 billion of multi-family and $10.8 billion of retail properties.
Prior to joining JPMIM’s valuation group, she worked in their capital markets group where she helped secure over $900 million of senior debt, as well as $60 million in mezzanine/B-note acquisition. Ms. Rodriguez holds a B.S in Business Management from Babson College. She is a member of the Young Leaders Group at the Urban Land Institute, The National Multifamily Housing Counsel, and the Miami Chamber of Commerce. She is also in the board of the NextGen for Chapman Partnership for the homeless, and Big Brother Big Sister. She holds a MRICS from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
