Ray Crocker joined Quarterra Group in November of 2012 where he is responsible for leading the development team on all aspects of the real estate development cycle including site selection, market analysis, underwriting, entitlements, site due diligence, design, construction and lease up. Ray’s 27 yr. career includes Construction and Development management roles. Prior to working with Quarterra, Ray’s experience includes 10 yrs. of construction management with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company where he managed high-rise multifamily, as well as higher-education, laboratory and office projects. Ray transitioned from the construction industry in 2006 and join Branch Properties as a Development Manager where he managed the development process on projects in Georgia and central Florida. In 2012, Ray moved to his current position at Quarterra overseeing the successful development of over 4,000 multifamily apartment homes in the Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida markets.
