T. Drew Mitchell, Partner and SVP-Development, began his real estate career as an intern with Holladay Properties in 2007, where he has served in various roles culminating in the opening Holladay’s Chicago office in 2017. Prior to Holladay, Drew worked in Finance roles at IBM’s Corporate Headquarters in Armonk, NY, and for Orbitz.com in downtown Chicago.

In his current role, Drew leads our Chicagoland office consisting of 18 real estate professionals, with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, economy extended stay hospitality, self storage, and transit-oriented development. During his tenure at Holladay, Drew has been involved in the development and delivery of over $350MM of real estate. Drew proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement Chicago, Indian Boundary YMCA, and the Westmont Chamber of Commerce. A proud “Double Domer” (Notre Dame ’01, ’08 MBA), Drew successfully appeared on the ABC hit show, Shark Tank, and resides in in Hinsdale, IL with his wife Denise and their 3 children.
