Jody Marquez is the founder and President of Implicity Management Company (IMC), a woman-owned multifamily property management firm serving communities across Texas. With more than 35 years of industry experience, Jody has built her career on one guiding principle: treat every property as if you own it. Her leadership combines hands-on expertise, financial acumen, and a deep commitment to both clients and residents—driving results that reflect IMC’s reputation for excellence and integrity.

Before launching IMC in 2009, Jody held leadership positions with Capstone Real Estate Services and Encore Management Company, where she served as Regional Vice President, managing more than 13,000 units across Texas and Missouri. Throughout her career, she’s known for her ability to elevate operations, turn around struggling assets, and build lasting partnerships that stand the test of time.

Jody is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate and an active member of IREM, NAA, TAA, SAAA, and HAA, where she has served on the Board of Directors and Government Affairs Committee. She’s also proud to support other entrepreneurs through her involvement with the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
