Ajai Sharma is founder of AimNext Realty. He is serving as a principal, where he oversees all aspects of property operations, including asset management, property management oversight and investor relations. Ajai has been living in North Texas since 1998 and holds MS degree in computer science. He is married and has two young sons.

Ajai is part of 4600+ multifamily units and owns portfolio of single-family homes. Ajai has extensive experience in raising capital, he has led several multifamily acquisitions with the total purchase volume of over $75 million and raised over $20 million private equity. Ajai has ability to quickly and efficiently implement a breadth of value-added strategies on a very cost-effective basis.
