Worked as aprofessionalsailor, participatingin Sail Training and Expedition Sailing World -Wide 1995-2004. Licensed Capt. Forvessels up to 500tons on anyocean, undersail or tow.

Jason became a LEED Accredited Professionalin2004, aFlorida Green Building Coalition Verifier in 2005 a Blower Door Technician in 2006, National Green Building Standard Verifier in 2010, a WELL Accredited professional in 2010. A FitWel Ambassador in 2011.All credentials are current and up to date. Jason and his team have provided oversight and certificationsformore than 250 projectsinFlorida, Texas, New York, the Caribbean andLatin America. ECSG hasafull-timestaffof8project managers and engineers.

Jason founded EnergyCost SolutionsGroup in2007, abusiness which promotes high performance, newconstruction and existingbuildings throughenergysavings, commissioning, minimizingenvironmental impacts of construction, best practices foroperations and maintenance and improvingindoorenvironmentalconditions. ECSG is currentlyinvolved with projects pursuingLEED NewConstruction, Core&Shell,CommercialInteriors and Existing Buildings Certification as well as theNational Green Building Standard, Austin Energy Green Building program, FitWell, GreenGlobes and EnergyStar Certification.ECSGalsoperforms commercial energyaudits and environmental impact analysisformajor use special permits. Our expertise is 100% “in house” and we work closely with design, construction, management and maintenance personnel for the life of our projects.
