Matt joined ZOM in 2021 and focuses on debt and equity procurement for ZOM‐sponsored multifamily and senior housing development ventures, and broadening ZOM’s network of capital partners and lenders. Additionally, he is involved in all aspects of capital management and asset management of existing ventures and assets, including dispositions. Matt has over 20 years of experience in investment management and development, including senior positions with institutional advisor MacFarlane Partners in New York City and private investment firm Mast Capital in Miami. Through his efforts, over 5,000 multifamily units have been developed or acquired, totaling $2.4 billion in capitalization. Matt graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on ULI’s national Mixed Use Product Council and Florida’s statewide Multifamily Product Council. He is also a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
