As president of APG, Danielle is committed to the vision, strategy and oversight of the company’s success – while its mission to connect financial and human impact will always be what drives her. Over her 25+ year career in real estate development and investment, Danielle has led the development and acquisition of projects in excess of $300 million. Her expertise in affordable multi-family rental projects includes low-income housing tax credit, tax exempt bond financing, FHA financing and HUD project-based rental assistance, USDA 538/515, and agency financing. A true credit to Danielle’s leadership and lasting impact is the strong reputation she and the APG team have built with partners, lenders, investors, as well as residents. A native of Los Angeles, Danielle holds a California Contractor’s license and a Real Estate Broker’s license. She attended National University where she earned a degree in Business. She and her team are proud to continue a family business legacy started by their father and founder of APG, G. Michael Curls.
