As Managing Director of Retail Strategy and Operations, Reynolds is responsible for EDENS’ evolving retail and retailer sales strategy as well as the administration of the leasing, legal and property operations teams.

Since 2006, Reynolds has been an integral part of EDENS’ development and retail strategy work. In 2014, he expanded his role to Vice President – Development where he led the redevelopment of Union Market in Washington, DC. The Union Market District was designed to attract the District’s community of culinary, entrepreneurial and creative innovators. Reynolds has also played a large role in overseeing development projects for EDENS in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions including projects such as Barclay Square, Davidson Commons, Charter Colony, Riverton Commons, Hunters Woods, and Argent Lake Village.

Reynolds received a Master’s of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering Sciences and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
