David Orowitz is a Principal and Managing Director at L&L Holding Company and focuses on the company’s development, redevelopment, and acquisitions including the oversight of $4.5B of development in Manhattan – TSX Broadway and Terminal Warehouse.

Prior to L&L, Mr. Orowitz served as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development at the Trump Organization, where he managed all aspects of the investment, financing, and development process for the company’s hotel, residential, retail, and mixed-use properties and was responsible for more than $1 billion in investments and transactions. Major projects included the procurement and redevelopment of the Old Post Office in Washington, D.C. and the acquisition of the Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami. Previously, he worked as Vice President at Kaiser Associates in Washington, D.C., where he led a consulting practice selling and delivering strategy engagements to clients including Sprint, Pfizer, IBM, Comcast and General Mills.

Mr. Orowitz received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College and earned a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
