An Atlanta native, Stephanie McCusker began her career in multi-family as a Leasing Consultant in 1995. She has a detail oriented, teaching driven, results focused approach to management that has proven results. She has logged success in both Asset Management and Operations with Value-Add, LIHTC, and Class A stabilized assets in the Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky markets. Today, she continues her financial-impact driven success managing a portfolio of roughly 5,700 units consisting of Value-Add, Class A lease-up, Highrise, Condo Conversion, and Single Family developments in the Atlanta, Macon, and Chattanooga areas. Stephanie is currently a CPM® Candidate.

She attended Kennesaw State University to study Accounting and lives in the Cartersville area, Northwest of Atlanta, with her husband and two dogs.
