Elizabeth G. Judd is President of Konover Commercial Corporation and is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of over 4 million square feet of commercial real estate. In this capacity, she acts as asset manager and owner representative for all owned and third-party properties. Her responsibilities include directing property management, leasing, tenant and capital improvements, strategic planning, client relations, and new business development. Ms. Judd has been appointed receiver by State and Federal courts for numerous commercial real estate properties in the State of Connecticut and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She has procured and transitioned millions of square feet of new commercial real estate assignments in her career.

Prior to joining Konover Commercial Corporation, Ms. Judd developed and had direct oversight for all of Cushman & Wakefield’s third party commercial real estate management business in Greater Hartford. At Koll Real Estate Services (subsequently purchased by CBRE), she opened and served as the head of the Connecticut office. She began her commercial real estate career in Washington, DC, working for the Charles E. Smith organization and Smithy Braedon.

Ms. Judd has been active in leadership positions in several commercial real estate organizations. She is the past Chairman of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA-CT), an organization of over 500 commercial real estate professionals in Connecticut and Westchester County, NY, past President of REFA’s Hartford Chapter, past President and committee chair of CREW CT(Commercial Real Estate Women – Connecticut), and past board member and committee chair of CREW Network, an organization of over 14,000 professionals. She served as the Chairman of the New Haven Town Green Special Services District and Chairman and Treasurer of the Hartford.

Business Improvement District (HBID), where she is currently a board commissioner. She was an inaugural winner of the Women of FIRE (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate), a prestigious award presented by The Commercial Record to women who have achieved excellence and made a difference in these traditionally male-dominated fields.

Outside of commercial real estate, Ms. Judd has been an active interviewer of high school seniors who apply for admission to Georgetown University. She is on the Steering Committee of Middlesex Health’s Women’s Wellness Fund, which advocates for, educates about and funds priority health projects in the communities served by Middlesex Health. She has served on the Induction Committee for the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame. In 2024, she joined the Board of Directors of the Girls Scouts of Connecticut and was elected to the Board of Directors of Middlesex Health, a comprehensive health system that serves the State of Connecticut.

She earned her undergraduate degree at Georgetown University, received her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI, and holds real estate broker licenses in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
