As a real estate attorney, Ari plays an integral role in the progress and development of buildings from their ground breaking to the completion of construction; he takes pride in knowing that the Allen Matkins team helps guide every aspect of the project. Ari’s practice focuses on complex commercial and residential development, including all facets of design and construction.

Ari has worked on nearly $7 billion in construction contracts all over the West Coast, including iconic projects like San Francisco’s Salesforce Tower. The breadth of Ari’s experience, having worked with most of California’s major design firms and contractors, enables him to build efficiencies into deals for his clients, saving them time and money. Leveraging his extensive legal and market knowledge, Ari essentially manages the market in terms of fee structures and the economics of construction contacts.

His experience also includes a wide range of real estate and commercial issues, including the review, analysis, and preparation of documents associated with acquisition and leasing transactions; he has also guided clients through litigation. Clients call upon Ari for counsel on business issues in addition to real estate issues because of his deep industry knowledge and experience.

Ari is an avid surfer and traveler, and he combines his two passions as often as possible. He resides in Venice, California, with his wife.
